HIG Field has been home of the Campbellsville Tigers baseball since 1983.
The facility features a press box built into the backstop, which also includes an umpire dressing room, bathroom and storage area. It is wired with multiple phone lines, Ethernet cables and WiFi. Each dugout is equipped with a bathroom. The Tigers home bullpen was renovated in 2010 behind the scoreboard beyond the right field fence. The visitors bullpen is located in foul territory down the left field line.
Tiger Field is a natural grass facility, featuring a Bermuda turf grass infield. It is top dressed with winter rye grass. The outfield turf is a Kentucky Bluegrass mixture. The dirt used at Tiger Field is a clay, sand and silica mixture. It is top dressed with a Pro’s Choice Infield Conditioner. Each year, the Tigers add soil and conditioner to the field.
