Campbellsville City Lake

Campbellsville City Lake is a beautiful 85-acre fishing lake. There is an annual membership of $25 is required to use the lake. Backyard BB-Q & Bait shop offers a full line of bait and tackle, kayaks, and two-man fishing boat rentals.

The lake is stocked with:

Bluegill
Bass
Shell cracker
Warmouth
Blue Catfish
Flathead Catfish
Crappie
Carp
Longear sunfish
Channel Catfish

Backyard BB-Q & Bait

Backyard BB-Q and Bait is now operating out of the old Popano’s Boat House. They are carrying a full line of live and artificial bait. The menu and specials for the Backyard BB-Q food truck will be posted on their Facebook page.

In June & July, every Saturday kid’s fishing tournament is posted on Fb.
From April to November there will a bass tournament will be held once a month.

Not Permitted at Campbellsville City Lake

The following are not permitted on the lake:

gasoline motors
cast netting allowed
trig lines
trout lines
boats are not allowed on the lake after dark

Campbellsville City Lake Membership

Annual family membership of $25 is required to use the lake.

Hours of Operation

The Campbellsville City Lake is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no boats allowed on the water after dark. The Backyard BB-Q & Bait shop will be open Monday thru Saturday 8 am – 6 pm and Sunday 1:30 pm- 5 pm. The summers hours are daylight to dark.
